Mr. Lerner graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2006 and earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2009. In law school, he served as articles editor for the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. He has been admitted to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California since 2009.
Mr. Lerner represents individuals and businesses in state and federal cases involving business disputes, insurance coverage, entertainment law, and general liability. Prior to joining Hamrick & Evans, LLP he defended physicians in actions for medical malpractice, and medical device failure, and represented aggrieved employees in actions for employment discrimination, sexual harassment, and recovery of unpaid wages, in both state and federal court.
